Notification of Transactions by

Director/Persons Discharging Management Responsibility

Pursuant to the Company’s obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director notified to the Company on 11 April 2011 of the following purchases of Ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the “Shares”):-

Nigel Hares purchased 2,360,000 Shares; the first purchase of 1,360,000 shares being made on 8 April 2011 at 140.62 pence per share and the second purchase of 1,000,000 shares being made on 11 April 2011 at 143.86 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Hare’s total holding in the Company amounts to 3,455,000 shares, representing 0.43% of the total share capital of the Company.

The Company’s issued share capital consists of 799,462,905 Shares with voting rights.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
