Directors/PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transactions by Director/ Persons Discharging Management Responsibility (‘PDMRs’).

Pursuant to the Company’s obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director notified the Company on 1 June 2012 of the following transfer of Ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the “Shares”) on the London Stock Exchange:

Alima Trust, a discretionary trust in which the extended family of Amjad Bseisu have a beneficial interest has transferred its entire holding of 9,255,157 Shares on 31 May 2012 to Double A Limited, a discretionary trust in which the extended family of Amjad Bseisu have a beneficial interest. Following this transaction, Double A Limited's total holding in the Company amounts to 70,142,289 Shares, being 8.74% of the share capital of the Company.

Amjad Bseisu and family's total holding in the Company is unchanged, amounting to 70,142,289 Shares, being 8.74% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company’s issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
