EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

The Company announces on 25 April 2012 that the EnQuest Annual Report and Accounts 2011, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy for the 2012 Annual General Meeting have been published. These documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com). This follows the release on 27 March 2012 of the Company’s Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2011.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 25 April 2012 the Company submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies of:
