Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibility (‘PDMRs’).

Pursuant to the Company’s obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following PDMR notified to the Company on 5 April 2011 of the following purchases of Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the “Shares”) on the London Stock Exchange:-

Paul Lindop purchased 7,525 Shares, and Mrs S A Lindop purchased 7,305 Shares, both purchases being made on 5 April 2011 at 141.90 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Lindop’s total holding in the Company amounts to 45,555 shares, representing 0.006% of the total share capital of the Company.

The Company’s issued share capital consists of 799,462,905 Shares with voting rights.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
