eTimeSaver - data capture for timesheets by ePC
This summer, ePartner Consulting (ePC) will be launching their eTimeSaver Campaign to help companies nationwide streamline their timesheet processes.
The campaign, which kicks off in May, will target recruitment companies, staff agencies and healthcare services that struggle to cope with large quantities of timesheets and inundated payroll departments.
eTimeSaver uses the TeleForm software to create bespoke packages that can capture data from timesheets that are received in paper form, via fax or electronically; to help payroll departments meet their daily requirements.
ePC will help to build easy to use timesheets with simple field types and customisable layouts. Once the data has been captured, the processes will be streamlined, banishing bottlenecks, inaccuracies and late entries by developing a housekeeping system that will keep track of all the data in the office.
Logic, time calculation and consistency checks ensure that each timesheet has acceptable data before automated export to your existing pay and bill systems ensuring not time is lost.
ePC’s own eStore solution means that once the process is complete, a back end system can be provided to maintain all documents in a legible condition, offering prompt retrieval of all data and original timesheet images for review and appending to invoices.
