Beijer Electronics Group AB confirms name change to Ependion AB

Beijer Electronics Group AB announces today that the company's name has officially been changed to Ependion AB in the Swedish company register. The share is traded as of May 22, 2023 under the ticker EPEN (instead of BELE) on Nasdaq Stockholm's Main Market Mid Cap list. The change was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2023.

The name change only concerns the group parent company and not the Beijer Electronics business unit.
