Change in number of shares and votes in Beijer Electronics Group

As per 31 May 2022, the total number of shares in Beijer Electronics Group AB amounts to 29,051,688, divided into 28,837,427 ordinary shares and 214,261 class C shares, corresponding to a total of 28,858,853.10 votes.

The change in number of shares and votes is due to the conversion of 69,103 class C shares, which previously have been issued and repurchased within the context of the company’s incentive program LTI 2019/2022, into ordinary shares during the month of May. The number of ordinary shares has thus increased by 69,103 shares and the number of class C shares has decreased by as many shares.
