Change in number of shares and votes in Beijer Electronics Group

The total number of shares in Beijer Electronics Group AB as per April 28, 2023 amounts to 29,241,296, divided into 28,837,427 ordinary shares and 403,869 class C shares, corresponding to a total of 28,877,813.9 votes.

The increased number of shares and votes is due to a new share issue of 189,608 class C shares within the company’s incentive program LTI 2022/2025. The company holds all class C shares. The shares are intended to be used for hedging of obligations under the incentive program.
