Change in number of shares and votes in Ependion AB

As per May 31, 2023, the total number of shares in Ependion AB amounts to 29,241,296, divided into 28,941,216 ordinary shares and 300,080 class C shares, corresponding to a total of 28,971,224 votes.

The change in number of shares and votes is due to the conversion of 103,789 class C shares, which previously have been issued and repurchased within the context of the company’s incentive program LTI 2020/2023, into ordinary shares during the month of May. The number of ordinary shares has thus increased by 103,789 shares and the number of class C shares has decreased by as many shares.
