Change in number of shares and votes in Ependion AB

The total number of shares in Ependion AB as per April 30, 2024 amounts to 29,344,214, divided into 28,941,216 ordinary shares and 402,998 class C shares, corresponding to a total of 28,981,515.8 votes.

The increased number of shares and votes is due to a new share issue of 102,918 class C shares within the company’s incentive program LTI 2023/2026. The company holds all class C shares. The shares are intended to be used for hedging of obligations under the incentive program.
