ROCKLAND, Maine (November 5, 2013) – Today, Fisher Engineering announces the winner of the “What’s More Xtreme” FISHER® XV2™ Sweepstakes. Jeffrey Elliott of Abrams, Wis., is the winner of the newest V-plow in the FISHER lineup.
