Change in number of shares and votes in Episurf Medical

Episurf Medical AB (NASDAQ: EPIS B) has, by information previously announced, conducted a Directed Share Issue. The Directed Share Issue has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in the company. Through the Directed Share Issue, the number of shares has increased by 36,811,000 B-shares and the number of votes has increased by 36,811,000.

During December, shareholders exercised 199,756 warrants (TO4B). The number of shares has increased by 199,756 B-shares during the subscription period, and the number of votes has increased by 199,756. The number of warrants remaining for future subscription periods is 1,505,476. The terms of the warrants are published on Episurf Medical's website.

The total number of shares amounts to 222,040,543, of which 971,024 are A shares, and 221,069,519 are B shares. The total number of votes after the changes amounts to 223,982,591. The share capital has increased by SEK 11,112,625.04 and now amounts to SEK 66,668,546.29.
