Dennis D. Stripe to re-assume the position as Non-executive Chairman of the Board

In conjunction to the change in the leadership of Episurf Medical (NASDAQ: EPIS B) January 5 2017, Dennis D. Stripe assumed the position as Executive Chairman. Following the appointment of Pål Ryfors as CEO on June 2 2017, Dennis D. Stripe now re-assume to role as non-executive Chairman.
