New European patent approval for Episurf Medical
The European patent office EPO has announced its intention to grant another European patent for Episurf Medical (NASDAQ: EPIS B). The patent, entitled “Surgical Kit for Repair of Articular Surfaces in the Talocrural Joint Including Surgical Saw Guide”, covers Episurf Medical’s ankle implant Episealer® Talus and related surgical tools including a novel osteotomy guide for surgical access to the difficult to reach talar bone.
