EQT portfolio company Parcel2Go announces new ownership

• Since 2021, Parcel2Go has maintained a leading position in the UK parcel delivery ecosystem and made substantial investments in its technology infrastructure and operational structure

Parcel2Go (“the Company”), the parcel delivery marketplace and e-commerce shipping platform, has today announced a change of ownership from EQT Mid Market Europe (“EQT”) and minority investors, to a new investor group.

Parcel2Go was acquired in June 2021 and its commitment to customer service and innovation has allowed it to maintain a leadership position in the parcel delivery marketplace. Since 2021, it has grown its Smart Send offering and launched new strategic accounts in Digital Partner Solutions. The Company has also made substantial investments in its technology infrastructure and operational structure.
