ESML Intressenter extends the acceptance period in the offer for Securitas Direct until 1 February 2008

With reference to the ongoing competition clearance procedure which is expected to be finalized on or before 31 January 2008, ESML Intressenter AB hereby extends the acceptance period in the cash offer to the shareholders and holders of warrants of Securitas Direct AB (publ) until 16.00 (CET) on 1 February 2008. The terms and conditions to the offer remain otherwise unchanged. Reference is made to ESML Intressenter AB’s offer document dated 30 November 2007.

Assuming that ESML Intressenter AB no later than on 5 February 2008 announces that the offer will be completed, settlement will begin on or about 8 February 2008.
