ESML Intressenter makes the addendum to the offer document regarding ESML Intressenter’s offer for Securitas Direct AB (publ) public

The offer is not being made (nor will any tender of shares be accepted from or on behalf of holders) in any jurisdiction in which the making of the offer or the acceptance of any tender of shares therein would not be made in compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction. The offer is not being made, directly or indirectly, in or into Australia, Canada, Japan or South Africa.

The addendum to the offer document regarding ESML Intressenter AB’s cash offer to the shareholders and holders of warrants of Securitas Direct is now available in Swedish and English versions at www.eqt.se, www.saeki.se, www.melkerschorlingab.se and www.latour.se as well as at www.nordea.se/placera, and will also be sent to the shareholders and holders of warrants of Securitas Direct.

The addendum has been prepared since ESML Intressenter in a press release dated 5 February 2008 announced an increase of the offer price and because the Independent Committee of the board of directors of Securitas Direct in a press release dated the same day recommended shareholders and holders of warrants to accept the increased offer from ESML Intressenter. The addendum has also been prepared since Securitas Direct announced its full-year report 2007 on 5 February 2008.
