Under the agreement, Ericsson will take over the responsibility of preventive and corrective field maintenance of the Amena GSM network. This also includes network integration and configuration services, related to the daily management of the network. Newtelco Services, S.A. will deliver the service.

Around 200 of Amena's technical employees, related assets and some equipment will be transferred to Newtelco Services, S.A.
