Ericsson and Mobtel successfully launch mobile softswitch in Serbia

Ericsson was selected sole supplier by Serbian mobile operator Mobtel to modernize the company's network introducing its mobile softswitch solution and successfully completed its commercial launch.
Ericsson mobile softswitch will further enhance coverage and capacity in Serbia and will meet operator's need for rapid and cost-efficient growth. The deliveries started on August 2005 and the commercially implementation completed successfully on October.
