Ericsson and NCC in cooperation for build-out of infrastructure including 3G Ericsson and NCC have concluded a long-term, agreement regarding the build-out of telecom and data communication networks, including 3G. The companies will jointly offer turnkey system solutions, including service and maintenance, for the build-out of these networks. "I view this agreement with Ericsson as a first important step in the effort to secure NCC's role as a leading player in the development, expansion and servicing of the information infrastructure of the future," says Jan Sjöqvist, NCC's Chief Executive Officer. "We're currently implementing considerable investments within NCC TeleCom to enable a focusing of operations and a mobilizing of resources within this high- priority area. NCC TeleCom will serve as an essential bridge for the NCC Group's progress in the new economy."
