Ericsson appoints Head Mergers & Acquisitions Effective October 12, 1998, Lennart Grabe, Senior Vice President, presently heading Corporate Business Development, is appointed responsible on a corporate level for handling mergers & acquisitions activities and to develop Ericsson's processes for such activities. He will be reporting to Senior Executive Vice President Carl Wilhelm Ros. Ericsson´s 100,000 employees are active in more than 130 countries.
