A major milestone is reached for Europe's largest and fastest growing public access Wi-Fi network, The Cloud. Ericsson has today supplied over 6,000-access points to be integrated into different public locations around UK.
"The success of The Cloud over the past year has been based around a robust business strategy that integrates innovation with market demands." said Niall Murphy, CTO The Cloud. "We pride ourselves on operating one of the most flexible public access Wi-Fi networks and delivering that with some of the most innovative partners in the industry."

The Cloud operates a multi service-provider Wi-Fi platform, which allows providers such as ISPs, mobile operators and cable companies to offer a fully branded wireless LAN experience to their customers.
