Ericsson divests its remaining shares in Intracom S.A. Ericsson has sold its remaining shares in the Athens Stock Exchange listed company Intracom S.A. The sale of the shares has been executed within the ordinary trading at the Athens Stock Exchange. Ericsson and Intracom S.A. will continue their cooperation, which is very beneficial to both companies. Extended cooperation in Greece as well as in international markets is envisaged by the two companies. Shares have been sold for a total amount of approx. 1,000 MSEK, corresponding to a net profit of approx. 900 MSEK. The transaction will be accounted for in th the June 30 closing of the Ericsson Group.
