Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) today announced it has enhanced Ericsson's Preemptive Services capability with big data analytics to help operators uncover new network insights, predict issues and root causes of imminent network incidents. This new capability enables operators to take corrective actions ahead of time to avoid impact to subscribers, helping operators transform network operations from reactive to proactive.
