Ericsson integrates business critical network management solution for SmarTone

Ericsson has been selected by SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited in Hong Kong as the systems integrator of an end-to-end network management solution. The solution enables SmarTone to guarantee and demonstrate in real-time, committed levels of quality of service (QoS) in its GPRS network. This is significant in order to generate new revenue streams as well as to retain existing clients.
Ericsson has worldwide experience from systems integration of more than 500 network management solutions. This is Ericsson's first quality assurance project in Hong Kong. Ericsson provides, deploys and integrates a monitoring solution in a seamless manner with SmarTone's end-to-end service assurance management processes.
