Ericsson lends shares in AU-System

Ericsson lends shares in AU-System In connection with a new issue of shares in AU-System, Ericsson has lent 6,600,000 of its AU-System shares to Carnegie. The shares will be returned to Ericsson upon registration of the new issue by the Swedish Patent and Registration Office. Ericsson's holding - exclusive of the shares lent - is approximately 2.5% of the total number of shares and votes.
