With the full endorsement and support of the Government of Sweden and Minister Lindh's family, The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University will create the Anna Lindh Professorship in Global Leadership and Public Policy to remember Minister Lindh as a remarkable public servant, world leader, human rights activist and beloved citizen. Minister Lindh was especially devoted to the issues of conflict prevention, democratic reform and international cooperation.

"This is an honorable opportunity for us to pay tribute to the values that Anna Lindh represented," Ericsson President and Chief Executive Officer Carl-Henric Svanberg said. "The new professorship focuses on areas that are closely related to communication.
