Ericsson sells real estate in Älvsjö to SPP In accordance with Ericsson's decision to sell its real estate holdings, an agreement has been reached with SPP concerning the sale of properties in Älvsjö. The deal will be concluded through the sale of limited companies with (an underlying property value of approximately SEK 700 million and) a total annual rent of approximately SEK 80 million. The transaction comprises property at Kabelverket 2, Kabelverket 6, and Sandaletten 1, with rentable area of approximately 90,000 square meters. Ericsson will continue to rent the properties situated at Älvsjövägen, Götalandsvägen and Armbostvägen, from which Ericsson Utvecklings AB and Ericsson Business Consulting AB operate.
