Ericsson signs contract for 2.5G mobile handset platforms with GVC Corporation

In line with the agreement, GVC Corporation develops value added 2.5G GPRS phones based on Ericsson's core mobile handset technology. Part of this portfolio is now offered to the market through Ericsson Mobile Platforms, positioning Ericsson as a leading supplier of the core handset technology.
