Ericsson to deliver world's first 3G customer care & billing system to Suomen 3 P The customer care and billing system will be delivered to Suomen 3 P Oy in cooperation with Ericsson's partner EHPT. The system focuses on collection and handling of invoicing data and billing for mobile and IP services, management of customer relations (CRM), and progressive customer-service functions.
