Ericsson to divest real estate holdings Ericsson has decided to divest the real estate holdings within the group. This is an important measure in order to focus on core business and strengthen capital utilization efficiency. The ongoing program to reduce capital employed also includes other areas, e.g. receivables and inventories. All measures to allocate capital more efficiently and increase both yield and capital turnover will be taken. The real estate holding divestment will be carried out as soon as possible, with regard to market conditions.
