Invitation to a press meeting following the Extraordinary General Meeting
The Extraordinary General Meeting starts at 2.00 p.m. (CET) in the China Theatre, Berzelii park, Stockholm. The press meeting takes place in the Strindberg room, entrance Berns hotel, Näckströmsgatan 8.
Please note that the press meeting as well as the Extraordinary General Meeting will be conducted in Swedish.

Important information concerning photos and audio/video recording at the Extraordinary General Meeting
The EGM participants decide whether photography and audio/video recording will be allowed during the EGM. Therefore, no cameras or audio recorders will be permitted in the China Theatre before such permission has been obtained from the shareholders. During the press meeting in the Strindberg room, photography and audio/video recording are permitted.
The last two years, the shareholders have not allowed photography or audio/video recording during the Annual General Meeting.
The chairman of the EGM will ask the participants whether Ericsson is permitted to video record Kurt Hellström's and Michael Treschow's speeches. Providing the shareholders say yes, Ericsson can offer a video recording of Kurt Hellström's and Michael Treschow's speeches.
