Important information concerning photos and audio/video recording at the Annual General Meeting

The AGM participants decide whether photography and audio/video recording will be allowed during the AGM. Therefore, no cameras or audio recorders will be permitted in the Globe Arena before such permission has been obtained from the shareholders. During the press meetings in the Annex, photography and audio/video recording are permitted.

Last year, the shareholders did not allow photography or audio/video recording during the Annual General Meeting.

The chairman of the AGM will ask the participants whether they will permit an Ericsson photographer to take pictures at the meeting, as well as whether Ericsson is permitted to video record Kurt Hellström's speech. Providing the shareholders say yes, Ericsson can offer photos from the Annual General Meeting as well as/or a video recording of Kurt Hellström's speech.

Should you be interested in photos from the Annual General Meeting, please contact Elisabeth Broberg, Phone; +46 8 719 3047, E-mail; elisabeth.broberg@lme.ericsson.se
