May 26, 2000 last day for Trading of Ericsson's Convertible Debenture The Ericsson convertible debenture loan 1993/2000 is traded at the OM Stockholm Exchange and at Nasdaq, USA. May 31, 2000, is the last day for holders of the debentures to convert the debentures into Ericsson B shares. In order to enable conversion of the debentures before the last day for conversion, the trade of the debentures at OM Stockholm Exchange and Nasdaq will cease three banking days before May 31, 2000. The last day for trade of the debentures will be May 26 at the OM Stockholm Exchange and May 25, 2000 at Nasdaq.
