Today, Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB (publ) held an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm. The following resolutions were passed.

New board members

The general meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal included in the notice, to elect Robin Rutili and Fredrik Holmström as board members for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting. The board of directors is thus composed of Mouna Esmaeilzadeh Ingerslev, Saeid Esmaeilzadeh, Sebastian Karlsson, Robin Rutili and Fredrik Holmström.

Authorization to issue shares, warrants or convertibles

The general meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal included in the notice, to authorize the board of directors to, on one or several occasions before the next annual general meeting, with or without deviation from the shareholders' pre-emption rights, issue shares, warrants or convertibles. Issues may be resolved against payment in cash, in kind or through set-off, or on other conditions. The total number of shares that may be issued shall not be limited in any other way than what follows from the share and share capital thresholds set out in the company's articles of association.
