Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB (publ) ("EHAB") announces that the board of directors has resolved to make changes in EHAB's board and management team. Mikael Ericson has been appointed as CEO for EHAB. Saeid Esmaeilzadeh will take over as Executive Chairman of the board together with Mouna Esmaeilzadeh as Deputy Chairman. Tarjei Unneland will replace Mikael Ericson as Head of Funding. The changes will be effected immediately.

Mikael Ericson has been appointed as the new CEO of EHAB. Mikael is today the Head of Funding for EHAB and board member for a number of portfolio companies within EHAB, including chairman of the board for Lyvia. Mikael Ericson has a solid experience from several leading positions in the banking and finance industry, including as CEO of Intrum, Head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets and as CEO of Carnegie Investment Bank.

"EHAB continues its development as a family-owned investment company. As the company grows, it is important that the organisation develops in the same direction. The board and I are therefore delighted that Mikael has accepted the role as CEO of EHAB. Mikael has worked with us for almost a year, both as chairman of the board for Lyvia and as Head of Funding for EHAB, and has proven to be highly valuable for the group's development. We believe that Mikael has the right background for the assignment and are convinced that he is the right person to take EHAB to the next step", says Saeid Esmaeilzadeh, founder of EHAB.

I am delighted by the trust from Saeid and the board, and look forward to continuing to build EHAB in line with established principles. The organisation is strongly characterised by entrepreneurship and creativity, and I believe that my contribution with additional structure and experience from the capital market complements the company very well. Our ambition is to continue to work together to make the company debt-free, to secure financial stability and position EHAB for long-term value creation", says Mikael Ericson.

Tarjei Unneland has been appointed to replace Mikael Ericson as Head of Funding at EHAB. Today, Tarjei is part of EHAB's IR and finance function, as well as advisor and board member for portfolio companies within EHAB. Tarjei has several years of experience from M&A and financing, including as Head of Debt Capital Markets at ABG Sundal Collier and before that Pareto Securities.
