Esmaeilzadeh Holding’s portfolio company Rebellion completes share issue

Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB (publ) (“EHAB”) today announces that its portfolio company Rebellion Capital AB (“Rebellion”) has successfully completed the directed share issue of MSEK 200 that was announced by EHAB on 6 May 2022.

EHAB’s portfolio company Rebellion has resolved on a directed share issue of MSEK 200 to a large number of new and existing investors. The share issue was made at a pre-money valuation of BSEK 2.5. The price per share was SEK 2,455 and was determined through a bookbuilding process. Following the share issue, EHAB owns 440,835 shares, corresponding to 40 percent, in Rebellion.
