Anders Igel new CEO at Esselte On 1 November, Mr Anders Igel will become President and CEO of Esselte. With this appointment, the Chairman of the Board, Mr Jan Kvarnström, will relinquish the post of CEO, but will continue as Chairman. Mr Mats Lönnqvist, today President of Esselte AB and CFO, will continue as Executive Vice President and CFO during a transition period of six months. Over the past two years, Esselte has undergone a restructuring process, transforming it from a conglomerate with many different operations, to a world-leading company concentrating on office products. The work of increasing efficiency will continue according to plan, at the same time as the company is investing intensively in a new product range. Mr Igel has many years' experience with Ericsson and other companies. He successfully developed Ericsson's operations in Great Britain. His most recent position was as Executive Vice President and Business Area Manager of the Ericsson Group.
