Esselte divests Tarifold Esselte divests Tarifold to French financial investors led by Finances & Stratégies, in association with the management of Tarifold. Tarifold is a worldwide leader in information display and paperwork organization systems and its products are sold internationally from offices in France and the USA. The divestment of Tarifold will give Esselte a pre-tax capital gain of approximately SEK 90 million.
