Highlights of Esselte's 2002 Annual General Meeting The proposed dividend of SEK 1.00 per share was approved Board The Annual General Meeting elected the following Board members; Fritz Fröhlich, Kurt Jofs, Bo Jungner, Björn Larsson and Brian Stern were all re-elected. Bengt Lindahl, President and CEO Ovako Steel AB, was elected as a new member. Anders Igel and Sven Ohlsson declined re-election.
