Etrion Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

June 10, 2016, Geneva, Switzerland – Etrion Corporation (“Etrion” or the “Company”) (TSX: ETX/OMX: ETX), a solar independent power producer, held its 2016 Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto yesterday, and the nominees listed in the management information circular were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below:

Shareholders of the Company also approved by way of ballot a special resolution to amend the articles of the Company to allow the Company to hold meetings of shareholders within any country in Europe in addition to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Additionally, shareholders of the Company voted by show of hands to appoint Ernst & Young LLP, as the auditors of the Company.
