ETTEPLAN AND LAROX WIDEN ENGINEERING DESIGN COOPERATION

Etteplan Oyj and Larox Corporation have today signed a letter of 
intent to widen engineering design cooperation, which has already 
continued for close to twenty years. As a part of the agreement, 
10 employees working in engineering and documentation functions
related to delivery projects and maintaining of products at Larox 
offices in Finland, will transfer to Etteplan on 1 January 2007 as
so called former employees. The agreement, after entering into force, 
guarantees the availability of engineering design services competently
and flexibly to Larox Corporation.

The parties aim to finalize the agreements by the end of December 2006. 
The parties will carry out the mandatory employer-employee negotiations 
during 2006.

The signed letter of intent follows Etteplan's strategy, according to 
which the company operates as a partner of globally operating customers 
providing them with high-quality industrial technology design services 
and the customers can concentrate on the development of their own core 
businesses. After entering into force, the agreement will further 
strengthen Etteplan's position as one of the leading design companies 
in the Nordic countries.

Larox develops, designs and manufactures industrial filters and is a 
leading technology company in its field. Larox is a full service solution 
provider in filtration for separating solids from liquids. Companies 
world-wide in mining and metallurgy, chemical processing and related 
industries benefit from the Larox technologies. Larox operates in over 
40 countries and has over 440 employees. Larox Group is headquartered 
in Lappeenranta, Finland. Product factories are located in Lappeenranta
and Utrecht, The Netherlands. Net sales in 2005 totalled 104.3 million 
euros, of which more than 95 % were generated by exports and the
company's foreign operations.
