ETTEPLAN OYJ: NOTIFICATION ACCORDING TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT OF CHANGE IN INGMAN GROUP'S HOLDING

Etteplan Oyj has on September 9, 2015 received the following notification of a change in the holding in accordance with Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act:

Ingman Group Oy Ab’s share in Etteplan Oyj’s share capital and voting rights has on September 9, 2015 fallen below two-thirds (2/3) when Etteplan Oyj’s 486,145 new shares subscribed in the Directed Share Issue have been entered into Trade Register. In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, we hereby inform the Financial Supervision Authority and Etteplan Oyj of the following:
