NOTIFICATION REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS

Etteplan Oyj has received on January 3, 2006 the following notification 
according to Securities Market Act on a change in holding:

In consequence of a clearing of inheritance the share of ownership in
Etteplan Oyj's number of votes and share capital for Tapani Tuori's 
estate has declined under 5 %. Under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the 
Finnish Securities Market Act we announce to Financial Inspection and
Etteplan Oyj that after the clearing of heritance the Tapani Tuori's 
estate doesn't possess Etteplan's shares at all.

The share capital of Etteplan Oyj consists of 9.613.130 pieces
of shares and the shares have total number of votes 9.613.130.
