ETTEPLAN OYJ: SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS

A total of 6 000 Etteplan Oyj's shares have been
subscribed with the Etteplan Oyj's option rights
attached to the 2000 Warrant Plan. The shares will be
traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange as old shares as of
10 March 2005.
