Board and management appointments in the European Directories Group

The European Directories Group hereby announces the following management and board appointments.

European Directories Midco S.à r.l.

Neil Robson will be appointed as of 1 January 2020 to the board of managers of European Directories Midco S.à r.l., registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B-155418.

As per 1 January 2020, the board of managers of European Directories Midco S.à r.l. consists of the following members: Marcus Englert (Chairman), Björn Osterloff, Peder Prahl, Marco Sodi, Hannu Syrjänen, Atif Kamal, Kristina Velicka and Neil Robson.

Group Chief Financial Officer

As of 1 January 2020, Janne Kuisma will succeed Neil Robson as Group CFO. Janne Kuisma has worked for European Directories Group since 2015 as Finance Director.

European Directories BondCo S.C.A.

Paola Garnero has replaced Domenico Latronico as supervisory board member of  European Directories BondCo S.C.A.. The supervisory board now consists of Neil Robson, Paola Garnero and Vincent Regnault de Bouttemont.

The changes will be registered to the Luxembourg RCS as soon as possible.
