Board changes in the European Directories Group
The European Directories Group hereby announces the following board changes.
European Directories Midco S.à r.l.
Mr Atif Kamal and Ms Kristina Velicka have been appointed to the board of European Directories Midco S.à r.l., registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B-155418, the parent of European Directories BondCo S.C.A., registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B-181401, and the sole owner of European Directories GP S.à r.l., registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B-181385, after Sébastien Rimlinger and Domenico Latronico stepping down from the board.
As per 28 November 2018, the board of European Directories Midco S.à r.l. consists of the following members: Marcus Englert, Hannu Syrjänen, Björn Osterloff, Peder Prahl, Marco Sodi, Atif Kamal and Kristina Velicka.
European Directories GP S.à r.l.
Mr Kamal and Ms Velicka have also been appointed to the board of European Directories GP S.à r.l., registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B-181385, the general partner of European Directories BondCo S.C.A., after Sébastien Rimlinger and Domenico Latronico stepping down from the board.
As per 28 November 2018, the board of European Directories GP S.à r.l. consists of the following members: John D. Sutherland, Atif Kamal and Kristina Velicka.
The changes will be registered to the Luxembourg RCS as soon as possible.
