European Directories announces acquisition of OIKIO by Fonecta

European Directories announces that its subsidiary, Fonecta, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of OIKIO Digital Performance Agency Oy, a digital performance marketing company based in Helsinki, Finland. OIKIO expertise and tools will strengthen Fonecta’s ability to serve large enterprise customers while also increasing the competitiveness of its offering for the SME market.
