European Directories announces change of leadership at Herold

The Shareholder of Herold Business Data GmbH, a European Directories Group company, decided on a change of leadership. Managing Director Thomas Friess will leave the company by mutual consent due to different views on the strategic direction of the company with immediate effect. A management committee made of Martin Kargl as Managing Director and John Goddard as Managing Director will take over the leadership of the Company. Martin Kargl, currently responsible for sales, will be Speaker of the management committee (CEO).
