European Directories announces leadership changes at HEROLD

Kai Nikolaizig will start as Chief Digital/Development Officer of Herold Business Data GmbH, a European Directories Group company in Austria, beginning November 19, 2018. John Goddard, currently interim CEO, will continue to drive the business, leading Sales and Product as CEO. In addition, Alexander Soukup took over responsibility for Operations and was appointed new COO of Herold Business Data GmbH in October this year.

Kai Nikolaizig comes with very relevant experience in our industry having held senior management positions as CEO at VerbaVoice, Senior Director & Head of Digital at Fujitsu, CEO at markt.gruppe Holding and Media Director Product & Advertising Management Europe for AutoScout24 & Scout24. He graduated in 1998 from Georg-August University in Göttingen with a degree in Business Administration. 

Alexander Soukup spent the last eight years in senior positions at PwC Austria, including Head of Project & Portfolio Management Consulting, Head of Strategy & Operations Consulting, and Senior Manager Consulting. He graduated in 2009 from Vienna University of Economics with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
